Action Team for Partnership
Information about the ATP
The Action Team for Partnership (ATP) is a core element of the PYP programme and a valued partner. The ATP is an elected body. It is a committee that represents our community by being a combination of parents, teachers, administration, and the board. The elections begin in April each year and the newly elected members join the current members for the last month of the Academic Year to hand over. Newly elected members begin their roles fully in the new Academic Year. Voting is via ballot and is conducted with the supervision of the school Front Office.
The goal of the ATP is to foster a sense of community by working to the benefit of all stakeholders in any way deemed appropriate to ensure the maximum potential of the school. The ATP meets on the first Sunday of every month and the minutes of the meeting are available to all stakeholders below. The ATP is self funded and money is raised through holding events. ATP events are self-organized and any school resources used are paid for by the ATP.
The ATP is not a complaints forum and members of the ATP have no power or authority of the school in terms of complaints. Complaints are handled by the Parent Liaison Office.
